Hi, I'mSweta
I specialize in SaaS, from early research through shipped UI. I use AI tools natively across the full design process: faster discovery, tighter iteration, better outcomes.

Selected Work
A handful of projects where I got to untangle hard problems and ship solutions that actually made a difference.

Led UX research and design of an AI-powered academic resource app integrating Canvas and library systems. Validated through 12 interviews and 3 pretotyping experiments.

Conducted secondary research that pivoted NestAid from a B2C caregiving marketplace to a B2B AI operations platform — powered by Nessa, an AI agent that automates scheduling and workforce management for caregiving agencies.

Boosted consistency in mental well-being practices by helping students build and sustain stress-management habits through a structured, low-friction experience.

Minimized support queries and increased user confidence by making product functionality instantly understandable through an interactive virtual clock within a streamlined e-commerce experience.
About Me
I'm a product designer who specializes in SaaS — specifically the hard part: taking a vague problem, a demanding user, and a tight timeline, and turning all three into a shipped product. I come from a research background, which means I don't start with screens; I start with questions.
My workflow is AI-native by design — not because it's trendy, but because it closes the gap between insight and execution. I use Claude and Cursor to compress discovery timelines, Figma Make to prototype faster, and stay in lockstep with engineers so nothing gets lost in handoffs.
Outside work, I cycle, read obsessively, and occasionally build small tools with AI just to understand what I'm designing for.

Testimonials
Kind words from the people I have had the pleasure of working and learning alongside.
Beyond their technical proficiency, Sweta possesses a rare, innate empathy that transforms complex research into deeply human experiences. They were a standout, consistently balancing disciplined design process with a heart for the end-user.
Neil Harner
Design Director, Inverse Paradox
Sweta consistently demonstrated strong engagement, initiative, and a deep commitment to mastering the full design process. Her standout work included a Wizard of Oz experiment that simulated autonomous monitoring — so effective that I've since shared it as an example with other students. Sweta takes on complex challenges with confidence and care, and I highly recommend her to any design team seeking a designer who is both strategic and technically strong.
Mike Begley
Senior Experience Consultant, EPAM Systems
She has a knack for quickly understanding client needs and translating them into clear, actionable designs while keeping the team aligned. Her focus, energy, and problem-solving mindset make her a joy to collaborate with. Sweta is also a powerhouse when it comes to innovation — one of the few on the team fully leveraging cutting-edge AI design tools. I would strongly recommend her for any UX or product design role that values creativity, deep understanding, and forward-thinking solutions.
